We joined the dreamy crew from Saski and Tammy Fit for a day dedicated to movement,
mindfulness, and serious self-care at Your Native State.
The event was a beautiful mix of yoga flow, bathhouse bliss, and connection — the perfect
backdrop for sharing rainbow sips of our gut-loving Sparkling Water Kefir. Guests stretched,
soaked, and recharged, with every sip adding a little extra sparkle to their wellness ritual.
We’re so grateful to be part of moments like these that bring communities together in the name of
health, happiness, and feeling giddy from the inside out.

To celebrate International Day of Yoga, we joined forces with Lululemon and Total Fusion
Newstead for a morning that ticked all the feel-good boxes — movement, connection,
community… and a whole lot of giddy energy.
The space was buzzing with good vibes (and matching outfits) as everyone arrived dressed head-totoe in Lulu. After an uplifting flow, guests were surprised with the ultimate self-care gift — fresh
Lululemon slides and a Giddy Citizen Gut Tonic to keep the glow going from the inside out.
We kept the refreshment station stocked with our gut-loving sips and nourishing bites, making sure
everyone left feeling balanced, hydrated, and just the right amount of blissed-out.

We’ve officially made a splash! The Cold Nips 100 Day Sunrise Dip Tour is underway, and we’re beyond stoked to be part of this nationwide movement for mental health.
Over the next 100 days, Cold Nips will be hitting beaches across Australia for 100 sunrise dips, aiming to impact 100,000 Aussies and raise $1M for the Happiness Co. Foundation — a cause dedicated to championing holistic happiness.
We’ll be bringing the fizz to fuel the fun, keeping the vibes high and the guts happy as communities come together for cold plunges, connection, and a shared mission to make a difference.

Cold Therapy Facial Treatment Launch | 23.09.2024

On a crisp Melbourne morning, we braved the chill in more ways than one, joining Cold Nips and Kit Skin Kind at St Kilda Beach to celebrate the launch of Kit’s Cold Therapy Facial Treatment.

The shoreline buzzed with energy as the Cold Nips community gathered for ice baths, ocean dips, and genuine connection — the perfect setting to showcase a treatment all about refreshing, rejuvenating, and embracing the cold.

Of course, Giddy Citizen brought the fizz. Our Morning Mocktail Station was the crowd’s go-to for post-plunge hydration, serving up colourful, gut-loving Giddy Fizz creations that kept spirits high and taste buds happy. It was an unforgettable morning full of laughter, shared challenges, and community moments that warmed us all from the inside out.

Final Dip | Scarborough Beach, Perth | 08.11.2024

Perth, you absolutely made history! On Friday, 8 November, Scarborough Beach came alive for Dip 100 — the grand finale of the Cold Nips 100 Day Sunrise Dip Tour.
Over 100 days, this incredible community came together to complete 100 sunrise dips, inspiring thousands and raising $100,000 for mental health through the Happiness Co. Foundation. The energy at the final dip was electric, filled with laughter, courage, and a shared sense of
accomplishment.
We were thrilled to be part of this milestone, cheering on participants, sharing gut-loving Giddy Fizz refreshments, and celebrating every icy plunge that helped make a difference.
A huge thank you to everyone who took the plunge over the last 100 days — your bravery, dedication, and good vibes have been nothing short of inspiring. Here’s to community, connection, and the power of coming together for a cause that matters.

VPA x Locked In Run Club 5km Valentine’s Fun Run | 15.02.2025

Love, laughter, and a whole lot of running shoes — that was the vibe at Kangaroo Point Cliffs for the Cupid’s Chase 5km Valentine’s Fun Run with VPA Australia and Locked In Run Club.
Runners showed up solo, with partners, and in full Valentine’s spirit — from lightning-fast sprints to the most creative Cupid’s Choice outfits. The morning was brimming with connection, smiles, and a friendly dose of competition, with over $1500 in prizes up for grabs, plus free coffee, breakfast, and VPA goodies.
We brought the true pink energy with ice-cold Strawberry Vanilla Giddy Fizz and Raspberry Sparkling Kefir Soda — the perfect gut-loving refreshment to keep everyone feeling energised and GOOD from start to finish.

We joined Saski at Greenhouse The Bathhouse for an intimate International Women’s Day celebration with Tammy Hembrow and her incredible community. The morning was all about connection, relaxation, and recharging — the perfect setting for a little Giddy glow-up.
Guests soaked, chatted, and celebrated one another while sipping on ice-cold Strawberry Vanilla Giddy Fizz Soda, keeping everyone refreshed, hydrated, and feeling GOOD.

Sunset Rooftop Event | 06.03.2025

Still buzzing from an unforgettable evening at the Art Gallery WA!

Over 200 people came together to move in sync as the sun set, creating an energy that was nothing short of magical. Giddy Fizz kept everyone refreshed and feeling good while the city skyline glowed behind us.

Sundays at Soma always hit differently — and this one was pure magic.

We gathered for a soul-nourishing day filled with wisdom, connection, and grounding rituals. The incredible Sarah Grynberg shared powerful insights and stories on living a life of greatness and authenticity, leaving us all inspired to lean into what matters most.

The morning unfolded with transformative breathwork led by Ritika Flow, soulful live music from Luke Bennett, and plenty of Giddy fizz to keep the energy flowing. Our probiotic Sparkling Water Kefir was on hand to refresh, hydrate, and bring a little extra sparkle to the day.

A huge thank you to Team Soma for creating such a special space for community to gather, learn, and grow. We can’t wait for the next Sunday session.

James St Up Late 2025 brought the style, the sparkle, and (thanks to us) the sips.

We popped up at lululemon for a night of fashion, fun, and community, serving up ice-cold Giddy Citizen refreshments to stylish shoppers as they browsed, mingled, and soaked in the buzzing atmosphere. The street was alive with music, lights, and good vibes — the perfect backdrop for a little Giddy magic.

This marks our third year teaming up with lululemon for this epic night, and we loved every second of it. From first-time tasters to our long-time fizz fans, it was a joy to keep everyone hydrated and happy while they shopped the night away.

Dawnbreak brought something truly unforgettable to life, as two of Australia’s biggest communities — Cool2BeConscious and Dawnbreak AU — joined forces for a morning full of movement, connection, and pure euphoria.

The sunrise set the stage for breathwork, silent disco grooves, icy dips, and a final sunshine dance to send everyone into the day feeling alive. Of course, no morning this epic is complete without a little Giddy magic — we kept everyone refreshed and energised with our gut-loving Giddy Citizen drinks.

We were proud to fuel the first-ever OSMAC Beach 5s Superstars of Origin, keeping Giddy Fizz flowing for footy greats, fans, and everyone in between.
